"Communication could’ve been better"
In my experience, the communication was the most frustrating part. I felt like I had to keep chasing for updates, and when replies did come through, they were often slow or didn’t really answer what I was asking. The bathroom looks okay overall, but from my point of view, the process wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been.
"Disappointing customer service experience"
I contacted designerbathroomconcepts.com because I had a few questions before going ahead with an order, and from my experience, the customer service just wasn’t good. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, just a clear reply and a bit of help.
After sending my message, I waited several days and didn’t hear anything back. When I followed up, the response I eventually got felt rushed and not very helpful, like my questions were more of an inconvenience than something they wanted to deal with.
Based on how it went for me, I wouldn’t use them again. If the communication is this poor before buying, I’d be worried about what it would be like if there was an actual issue later on.

I thought the range was nice overall, but it didn’t have everything I was looking for. Maybe I just missed them, but a few styles I had in mind didn’t seem to be available...

"Refund process just didn’t feel right"
Returning the item ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been. The refund took forever, and I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. my gut feeling is that they don’t make refunds a priority, and the whole experience left me unhappy.

I fitted the cartridge expecting it to be a straightforward swap, but it started leaking afterward. To me, it seemed like the mixer valve specs might have been a bit off or not quite as described, because everything looked right during installation. A bit frustrating since I was hoping it would be a simple fix.

The site said the item was in stock, but it turned out not to be. This has happened before, so I’m starting to question how reliable their stock info really is.

"Decent service, but the box wasn’t complete"
My order turned up quickly and most of it was all fine, but the waste kit was missing from the box. Not ideal, especially as I already had the plumber booked in, so it caused a bit of hassle.
I emailed them and, to be fair, they sent the missing part out a couple of days later. I’m never that convinced by all the polished “great customer care” wording companies use, but in this case they did sort it without making it a drama. I’d probably use them again, just hope they check the packing a bit better next time

"Pretty disappointing showroom visit"
I stopped by the showroom hoping to get a better look at a few options, but it wasn’t a great experience. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t really make much effort to help or answer questions. I remember there was this one display chair with a bright green sticky note on it that just said “do not move,” which for some reason stuck in my head more than anything they told me. Overall, I left feeling like my visit didn’t matter much.

It looked way better online, honestly. When it arrived, the tap already had scratches on it and it felt a lot lighter than I expected. They make it seem nicer than it is, so I don’t really think it’s worth the price

I’ve been waiting on my delivery and the date has already been changed twice. Maybe they’re usually better, but right now all I can think about is this latest order not showing up. Still nothing has arrived, and it’s getting annoying.

My order showed up fine, so no real problem there. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I ended up waiting around for a few extra days. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice to get faster updates along the way.

"Layout advice was not great"
I got some layout advice from them and it did not really work out good. The bathroom ended up feeling weird to use and kind of impractical in a way that is annoying every day. I probably would not ask them again for this kind of help.

"Nice-looking items, but the pricing didn’t feel worth it"
I’ll admit the bathroom items do look really nice, and that’s what pulled me in at first. But once I started comparing prices, it felt like a lot for what you’re actually getting. I also got a bit frustrated because any time I looked for a better deal or some flexibility, it seemed like everything came back to a policy excuse instead of actually helping. After checking a few other places, I found similar stuff for less, which was annoying. Not a terrible site, but I probably wouldn’t rush back unless the prices were better.

I bought from Designer Bathroom Concepts and, to be fair, the product seemed nice enough at the start. But when I needed help with the warranty, it really didn’t match the kind of service I thought I was being promised.
I had to keep chasing for updates, and the replies were slow and not always very clear. It did get sorted eventually, but it felt like way more hassle than it should have been. When a company talks up their support, you expect that to actually show when something goes wrong.

Once they had my money, it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Trying to get help was a complete pain, slow replies, being bounced from one person to another, and nobody seemed capable of giving a straight answer. I had a small issue after delivery and the whole thing was handled so poorly it was almost embarrassing. Useless experience overall, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

"A bit of a mix-up with my order"
I ordered a tap and waste set, but the waste wasn’t in the box and the tap finish didn’t look like the one I’d chosen, lol. Customer support did sort it out in the end, which I appreciated, but it was still a bit annoying to deal with

"Don't bother"
I ordered something which was supposed to be free next delivery. They sent me a delivery booking form but none of the dates was within a week. I called to cancel and refund. They promised to but didn't. They delivered it late and now won't let me return it. They don't reply to my emails either.
